"The Perfectionist" Makes It Debut As A Single, Video Release Date Is Announced.

I've been speaking on "The Perfectionist" for over a month now, and I'm very happy to announce that it's now available in music store and on streaming platforms globally.

I always like to think that Summer needs that one song - just one song that either you learn on your own or becomes the hit for all the reels. "The Perfectionist" may very well be that, and I'm looking forward to an exciting summer of promotion, promoting, and continued creation.

Today, I made the announcement that not only is the song available, but the video's debut has been set for June 28th, 2023.

It's been a long time coming for the song, and though it seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, there's a long history with this single, which is why I chose it to be the first of many songs to be revived as part of my "Nothing Dies on the Internet" campaign. I don't necessary plan on releasing an album (or EP) for the foreseeable future, but do the like the idea of continuing to release music as they come and as we see fit.

The video was shot in both Tamp and Clearwater, and features a crew and cast of all females, which was purposely done since the original video shoot was supposed to take place during March. When the video debuts next month, you'll catch a visual full of inspiration that pulls from Frank Miller's Sin City, Nathaniel Hawthorne's "The Birthmark", Kurt Vonnegut's "Franklin Bergeron", and the 1996 film, Evita.
