MRVL WRLD: Quarterly Newsletter

Tours, Books, Travel: Next Quarter Is About Connecting With The Vivid Life

It's a brand new month, fam! Pay ya rent. Empty your text message inbox, free up some space on ya device, and let's get the fun rolling.

Since returning from Europe back in May, I've been keeping quite a few projects under wraps, which is very different for me. Since we're coming to the close of the 3rd Quarter, and as we inch towards 2023, it's time to let it all rip.

The air's about to get a lil' crisp. The olive and merlot outfits are about to pop out! And unfortunately, the sun is also going to be going down soon, too. Spooky season's 'bout to pop off, and immature adults are going to be posting that the "cuffing season playoffs are coming" - yo, Fall is something else, isn't it!?

Best f*cking time of the year, in my honest opinion. Mango, grab me my cardigan!

And so, I'm excited about what's to come from MRVL WRLD as well as a number of our partners. Check the information out below.

VIVID LIFE TOURS - TAMPA

Last Summer, I let off the launch of The Vivid Life Tour. It's expanded to a whole new experience of travel around the country and the world documenting new places and spaces, and sharing those experiences with my followers across those platforms. But like I always say when I'm out of town: Don't sleep on Tampa!

The Bay glistens. The gulf beaches are top tier. And our city is still among the best kept secrets of our state. Tampa is dope!

So, what if I brought home an experience right here in the Bay for folks touching down for the first time, as well as currently residents just looking for a completely new experience? I say yes. Vivid Life Tours - Tampa is just that, all in the form of tours featuring murals and photo-ops, historic stops, and dope destinations. As MRVL WRLD continues to work with our partners to bring this experience to life, we'll continue to release new information as well as open up opportunities to new partners to continuously enhance these tour experiences.

If you are a local business interested in more information about these tours, please reach out to us directly to set up discussions. We're opening up partner opportunities very soon.

MRVL WRLD x CARPE DIEM 360

And we cannot talk about partners without introducing the partnership that MRVL WRLD has entered with one of Tampa's newest 360 photo booth companies, Carpe Diem 360.

We've worked with the Carpe Diem team to bring to life some ideas surrounding the impact of the fast-growing 360 photo booth, while creating some dope visuals for their brand and brand offering. They've got specials running this Fall that can be the difference between a good holiday party and a holiday party that's dope as fu—

Be sure to follow Carpe Diem on Instagram to get more details on their packages for events.

If you're interested in content creation partnerships, set up a consultation with me for more information and to get things going.

VIVID LIFE APPAREL: LAUNCH DAY IS COMING

Launch day is now officially days away! September 19th, 2022 at midday, Vivid Life Apparel will be launching, with details coming forward about our first collection relaunch.

This relaunch has been a long time coming, and we've focused a lot on quicker deliveries, more streamlined buying experiences, and are continuing to work on ways to enhance both our product and brand.

I'll let you in on a secret. Subscriptions. That's right. Whether you're the "I'm buying everything in Black" crowd or "I want every shirt", we're exploring the possibility of a subscription-based model where a batch of merch gets dropped off to your doorstep every month. This is one of many items on our list of tests to run with our subscribers who are exclusively interested in our apparel, so be sure to keep an eye out for details on that.

SEPTEMBER: MRVL WRLD Publishing

Earlier this year, I discussed having quite a few new releases coming in terms of books, and it's all a complete reality. September and the entirety of the fourth quarter will be focused on continuous marketing of all these titles that will be releasing in the next coming months.

First, Black Grasshopper will hit bookshelves on September 27th as a new stand-alone story for the young adult genre. Releasing over 6 years from the time it was written, the story finds itself back at the top of my publishing pile as a story that addresses the transformation into our best selves, overcoming imposter syndrome, and a lesson of celebrating others as well as where we are in our own lives.

Following its release less than 90 days later, We Missed A Meeting: Some Assembly Required will see its release on December 8th, 2022 - marking the official continuation of the We Missed A Meeting series. After a series of major delays, readers get to pick up from where we left on in 2018's opening act. Some Assembly Required follows a number of different characters from the series as their lives intersect following "The Absence".

4th Quarter will see these two releases, but there is also a special release that I will be announcing later this month that you don't want to miss.

Creeping into 2023, Origins24: The Anthology Series dives into the story of Ralph Ayers, a boy who struggles with a false diagnosis of Dissociative Identify Disorder in The Boy Who Finally Spoke Up, releasing on February 1, 2023. The story falls right in line with the theme of trauma, abuse, and grief that I talked about in one of my previous blogs from May.

Less than a month later, we follow Sterling John Grace again in The Man On the Bridge, the sequel to last year's A Boy Bathed In Blood. Their close releases align more with the original idea of releasing the series as a monthly chronicle, and readers can expect to notice how closely tied the two stories are. The Man on the Bridge will be the second release of next year, hitting bookshelves on March 15, 2023.

Alex Auguste On... is a new live stream series that I'll be launching officially this month via Twitch.tv . If you're not familiar with Twitch, it's Amazon's live streaming platform for live shows, gaming, and offers a great platform for creators to interact and grow their audiences.

Starting this September, Alex Auguste On... will give us a chance to interact in real-time, with live vlogging taking place to cover event recaps, touring recaps, interviews, and exclusives. Be sure to visit my Twitch page and follow me as I kick off the first live stream this month and prepare for a dope live stream for the month of October.

As part of an initiative for MRVL WRLD Publishing, my October 10th live stream will be a live storytelling of a story I've been working on called HIM. HIM is my first horror story and is a tragic story about the deep dark secrets in a town called Bellevue. During its early history in the 1940s, Bellevue, then-called Boggy Creek, saw a crime of passion committed against one of its residents and since had that crime literally buried in the bogs that sit far behind the small town that has since emerged as one of the country's fastest growing cities.

The storytelling of HIM will take place on October 10, 2022 at 9pm EST, live on Twitch.

That's all there is to see and expect from my website this month! Things are getting exciting and I hope that you can take part and support when and where possible. For any questions, be sure to reach out by email directly or contact me via social profiles.

I always look forward to connecting with you in any way possible, so let's keep that energy going as we prepare to close out 2022.

With Stars & Roses,

Alex
