SUMMER '22 Events Calendar Is Now Open For Bookings! Let's Make it Vivid!
That's right! With the warm weather of Summer just around the corner, MRVL WRLD and Alex Auguste announced yesterday that the Booking Calendar is now, for the first time since we've started, accepting new events and event clients beginning May 2022.
At present, there's a good deal of information to know about what's being offered, rates, and availability for May, June, and July of this year.
MRVL WRLD EVENT HOSTING SERVICES
When we talk about being an Event Host, we're talking about being an energetic, charismatic MC for the event. Someone who's going to lead the customer-facing side of the event, like introducing the event, meeting and greeting guests, and shifting audience engagement and energy. On the other side of that, a great MC is also going to understand the event operations, with a good working knowledge of the event's program and key players, with enough finesse and charm to keep these aspects of any event separate when they need to be and in sync when it's necessary.
Oh, that's right. One last ingredient: energy!
From small events (less than 50 attendees) to major life events like weddings, birthday celebrations, and more, MRVL WRLD Event Services cover what takes place at the event, as well as the efforts to driving people to the event. Our Event Marketing capabilities now includes publishing your event to our Public Calendar, directly to our mailing list, across our social media channels, and slew of creative content to generate awareness and drive attendance.

With rates starting as low as $55.00/hour, services are currently being bundled to include event promotions, inclusion on The Vivid Life Tour promotional graphics, our Public Calendar, and access to additional marketing resources. When booking (we're going to define booking as making first payment/deposit to secure dates) by April 1st, we'll take 35%!
Book by April 30th, we'll still throw in a generous discount of 20% off.
And finally, if you book by May 15th, we'll waive your deposit!
